Choose nori from the process backward: wrapping, topping, blending, or snack packing. Then lock format, grade, moisture protection, and packing before asking for a bulk price.
Start with the manufacturing step. If you wrap rice, you need sheets or defined cuts. If you garnish, you may need kizami nori or flakes. If you blend seasonings, you may need flakes or powder. Do not buy a sushi sheet SKU for a powder application.
Will the nori be wetted by rice, sauce, or filling? Does it need to stay crisp until a later wrapping step? Is it a visual garnish? Is it a hidden ingredient?
Each answer changes cut, packing, and sometimes roasting. Share those answers when requesting samples.
Define format, then grade or sample target, then packing, then labeling. Pricing before specification usually creates rework.
