Process

How production is aligned

  1. 01

    Specification alignment

    Details

Production starts from a confirmed product format: sheet, cut, roll, seasoned product, processed nori, or kombu. Grade, roasting, seasoning, and packing are not invented for marketing copy.

  2. 02

    Processing and packing

    Details

Roasting, cutting, seasoning, shredding, milling, and packing are applied only as required by the agreed SKU. Moisture protection is part of packing discussion because roasted nori is sensitive to air exposure.

  3. 03

    Quality checks against the order

    Details

Checks should follow the specification the buyer approved: appearance, packing integrity, and any sample reference. Independent certificates are listed only after the company provides them.

  4. 04

    Export packing

    Details

Carton marks, inner packs, and destination-market labeling are aligned after the product and artwork are confirmed. Private-label print is a separate step from nori processing.

OEM & ODM

Customization programs

01

Product Specification Customization

Details

Cut size, roasting, seasoning, mesh size, and related format choices can be aligned after the application is clear. Exact millimetre sizes and pack counts are confirmed, not assumed from the product name.

02

Packaging Customization

Details

Inner film, moisture barrier, carton, and pack count can be discussed for manufacturing, foodservice, or retail. Printed packing depends on a locked pack structure.

03

Private Label

Details

Buyer-brand packing is available after product specification, artwork, and destination-market legal copy are ready. Hengweida does not invent nutrition or claim text for overseas labels.

04

OEM / ODM Solutions

Details

OEM fits buyers who already have a specification. ODM fits buyers who need help turning a market idea into a manufacturable SKU. Both still require a defined product before quotation.

How a program starts

  1. 01

Share application, destination market, and any sample or drawing.

  2. 02

Lock the product format: sheet, cut, roll, seasoned product, processed nori, or kombu.

  3. 03

Confirm packing structure and whether the program is bulk, foodservice, or retail.

  4. 04

If needed, review private-label artwork after the pack size is known.

  5. 05

Prepare an RFQ with quantity range and shipping destination.
